Intel is looking for a new CEO. Brian Krzanich is stepping down after violating the company’s code of conduct by engaging in a relationship with an employee. The board has begun the search for a permanent replacement. CFO Bob Swan will step in as interim CEO.

AT&T is entering the streaming space. Days after the acquisition of Time Warner, the company is launching a new service called WatchTV. The service is meant to attract cord-cutters who have dropped traditional cable television.
